Your privacy is important to us. We may provide information about you to our employees and agents in order to administer any accounts, products and services provided but we will never disclose your personal information to a third party unless we are required to do so by law.
We will pick up your bike/bikes from 8 to 10 a.m. on your scheduled date. We make every attempt to keep our turn around time to a week. However, there may be occasions when this is our of our control (back ordered parts, etc...) We will do our best to keep your informed of any delays. We are fully insured and accept any responsibility for the bikes while in our care. If, upon completion of the work, you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours.
We take pride in our expert service and strive to go above and beyond to keep our customers happy. If you are not satisfied with our work, contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange to pick up the bike/bikes and make it right. Upon receipt of the estimate, you have the right to look it over and refuse some or all of the repairs. We will custom fit our repairs to your wants and needs.
