Our weekly rides are meant to get people riding their bikes. Some rides are social, some competitive and others informative. But all rides are meant to leave you feeling better for having pedaled your bike. Route and weather updates can be found on Facebook at our Page and Club Rides group. RIDE ON CLUB RIDE — TUESDAY
Our original ride offers four routes each week. Each route differs in duration, distance and speed. Arrive with your bike by 6:00 p.m. to sign in. Expect a friendly and welcoming atmosphere focused on inclusion. Each route has a different leader and they will be announced prior to the ride. Rides finish either at Ride On or at a local eatery.
“NO DROP” Weekday Morning Rides
9:30 a.m. Monday - Friday 20-25 mile ride, all year weather permitting. Start with the wind in your face and finish with it pushing you home. Good conversation and scenic routes!
SATURDAY & SUNDAY BREAKFAST RIDE
Our breakfast rides leave at 7:30 each Saturday and Sunday morning. The group maintains an average speed of 15–17 mph over moderate terrain. We do half of our ride to a breakfast spot that is chosen the morning of and then head back with stomachs filled with pancakes, bacon, eggs and plenty of coffee.
Ride On Rookies!
For kids and their famiies. We will meet at the Wayne County Fairgrounds some Wenesdays during June and July from 6:30 to 7:15 p.m. There will be cone courses set up to teach maneuverability, hand signals and riding etiquette, and races around the track. Come down and enjoy the event as a family and let the kids work off a little steam! The event is free and open to all families. Helmets are required. Stay tuned for 2017 schedule!
Thursday afternoon rides
These rides are led by Joe Shearer and leave the shop at 5:30 p.m. Most rides are C paced, 20-25 miles. This is a no drop ride and the group may split into two groups depending on the skill level of the riders.
